Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to understand your request, respond to it, and secure communications.
1. Data collected
When you use the contact form or communicate with us, the following categories of data may be processed:
- identity and contact details: surname, first name, professional email address, and—if provided—telephone number;
- professional information: organization, job title, and stakeholder profile;
- request details: subject, project maturity, geographical area, and message;
- technical data strictly necessary for security, abuse prevention, and site functionality.
No sensitive data or attachments are requested in the form.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to and qualifying your request, preparing a discussion or potential pre-contractual measures: consent and pre-contractual steps.
- Tracking projects, partnerships, and institutional relations : SGI’s legitimate interest in developing and documenting its activities.
- Processing an application : consent and pre-contractual procedures.
- Ensuring site security and preventing automated messages: legitimate interest and security obligations.
3. Mandatory nature
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request. Other fields are optional and simply help us better tailor the response.
4. Recipients
The data is accessible only to authorized personnel within SGI and, to the strict extent necessary, to its technical and hosting service providers. It is neither sold nor rented.
5. Retention periods
- general inquiries, projects, and partnerships: up to three years after the last relevant contact, unless a legal obligation or ongoing contractual relationship applies;
- job applications: up to two years after the last contact, subject to your consent;
- Technical security logs: a proportionate duration, up to a maximum of twelve months;
- Cookie choices: six months.
6. Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. within the European Union. Should a service provider involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area, SGI would ensure the implementation of the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction of the processing of your data, as well as data portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. Security and updates
SGI implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk, limits access, and applies a data minimization principle. This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or organizational changes.
