Our History

An industrial ambition in the making.

SANDOZ Green Industries was born from a conviction: mastering materials is key to the resilience, competitiveness, and capacity for action of local regions.

From strategic intuition to a group-wide project.

The SGI project took shape through the observation of material flows, dependencies, and the challenges of transforming available resources into sustainable industrial capabilities.

The organization is currently being established. Its story is unfolding in stages: formalizing a guiding philosophy, creating an ecosystem, evaluating opportunities, and preparing projects.
